1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 488jl website, creating a player account, or using any service offered by 488jl, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the 488jl platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the 488jl website.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 488jl.

488jl reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the 488jl platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 488jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 488jl, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from 488jl or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 488jl services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited. 488jl uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.
• Not register an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.

488jl reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any time, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide any documentation reasonably requested by 488jl.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 488jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your 488jl account that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, which is strongly recommended.
• Not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notify 488jl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

488jl will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from 488jl that requests your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

488jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified 488jl of a security breach in a timely manner.

5 Deposits & Payments

488jl accepts deposits through the following payment methods, which are the only methods available on the platform:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card (Philippine-issued debit cards only)

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 488jl reserves the right to return funds to the source and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the 488jl cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

488jl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 488jl bears no responsibility.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically under 5 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements.
• 488jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity is detected.

488jl shall not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by your payment provider, banking system outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

488jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 488jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Abuse: 488jl reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms is detected.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 488jl platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment monitored by independent oversight. 488jl is committed to fair play and does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account. 488jl's decision in such matters is final.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available upon request and are based on long-term statistical averages. Individual session results may vary significantly from the stated RTP.
• 488jl reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, including wagers placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error on the part of 488jl.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 488jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one 488jl account.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the 488jl platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 488jl support immediately.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any 488jl software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 488jl staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

488jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 488jl platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 488jl platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the intellectual property of 488jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 488jl platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 488jl content without prior written consent.
• Use any 488jl trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on 488jl content or software.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 488jl shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 488jl platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the 488jl service, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the 488jl platform.
• Any technical failures, including server outages, network disruptions, or software errors, that affect gameplay or transaction processing.

488jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 488jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Termination

488jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• At 488jl's sole discretion, for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination for cause, any balance in your account may be forfeited. Upon termination without cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 488jl support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all verification requirements are satisfied.

14 Amendments to These Terms

488jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 488jl will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the 488jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

488jl operates within the Philippine gaming regulatory framework. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the relevant regulatory authority overseeing licensed gaming operators in the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 488jl, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 488jl support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory channels.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
